About us

Serving - Helping - Loving. Sharing God's love through serving others.

Mustard Tree Mission serves in two main areas: here in Meridian and internationally. From it’s beginnings, MTM has also focused on foreign missions, taking adults and young people from many different churches and denominations on short-term mission trips. Originally founded in 1997 as Meridian Christian Drama Troupe, we changed the name in 2001 to better reflect the diversity of our ministry. Our Venezuelan branch, Fundación Árbol de Mostaza (FUNDAMOST) is officially registered with the Venezuelan government. Traveling mostly to various places in Venezuela, our main function is to come along side the local churches and ministries to assist them in their ministries. We have held outdoor crusades, ministered in churches, offered free medical & dental clinics, and helped establish churches. We have also worked with orphanages and rehab centers and ministered in prisons. Due to the current crisis in Venezuela we have been unable to make trips there since December 2013. We currently send monetary donations on a regular basis to our trusted contacts who use them for various feeding and evangelical programs in Maracaibo and Barquisimeto, Venezuela. In addition to going to Venezuela, we have also taken trips to Trinidad-Tobago and Honduras. In Honduras we worked with the Ruach International Christian School and held the first Youth Conference in the city of Comayag. We have seen the Lord do amazing things in the lives of the precious people of South and Central America. There is such spiritual hunger there and it is an honor to minister to these loving people. God has performed many miracles right before our eyes….healings, salvations, deliverance, even multiplying medicines for the free clinics. Please pray for MTM as we continue to take the love of Jesus Christ to other lands. Please check out our PHOTO GALLERIES and information on our STAFF page.
